TERMS:

- You agree that in the event we have availability for your booking request, or portion thereof, to the following:

1. Pendrell Suites can charge your credit card 1 night's accommodation based on the figure you entered on the form offering in the form herewith, including taxes, as "the deposit". (We will email you an invoice.)

2. You agree that you will settle the remaining balance via credit card or bank transfer within 48 hours of when we take the Deposit.

3. You agree that in the event that you fail to pay the remaining amount of the accommodation cost plus taxes, the Deposit is treated as liquidated damages and is non-refundable.

4. You agree that payments are NON-REFUNDABLE unless we have taken the Deposit and could not fill your booking. (That is, if we screw up we are not going to penalize you.)

5. You agree that the credit card information you provide is also security for your stay, in the event you get a booking, and that incidentals entals can be billed to said credit card, including room service, damage, etc.
