We have two rate classes: "Advance Purchase" and "Regular". Rates vary by type and size of suite and season.
ADVANCE PURCHASE RATES allow our guests to enjoy substantial savings for deluxe accommodation. When booking these rates, however, 100% payment is required at time of booking and they are non-refundable.
REGULAR RATES require a credit card number for booking unless for a period greater than 7 days, when full payment is required.
CANCELLATION POLICIES: Regular rates: greater than 14 days notice from your booking arrival date via email or fax.

RATES & SPECIALS:
- Rates are based on double occupancy
- Extra person charge is $30/person above 2 per suite. The two bedroom has a maximum capacity of 6 persons; the three bedroom ones 8 persons.
- All rates are before taxes of 15%. Starting July 1st with a Harmonized Sales Tax ("HST"), they should be marginally lower.
- Onsite parking is available at $25/vehicle /day
- Prices are subject to change at any time--of course, your booked rate is a contract.
- Weekly rates are 10% off the daily ones.
