5. What is your cancellation policy?
A. In the Summer, reservations that are cancelled with greater than 30 days notice are 100% refundable; those that are cancelled with less than 30 or more than 14 are refunded 50%; those that are cancelled with less than 14 days are non-refundable. (In the low season, we have different terms depending on your accommodation and arrangement. Please check our rate pages.)
