  • - Parking is $50/month plus GST, although permitted parking can be arranged for less
  • - Rates are predicated on a 30 day month with additional days prorated on that basis
  • - Rates and suites are subject to availability
  • - Provincial Room tax of 10% is payable on the first months' rent. However, if you stay longer, that is rebated on your 3rd month's rent.
